Asset Managers - New York, USA

Our client, an International Luxury Hospitality company with 125+ properties worldwide, providing premiere hotel long-term accommodation seeks talented Sales & Reservations Coordinators and Sales Managers. The role will be based in New York or New Jersey. This position is like a Rooms Division Managers role that will also have strong financial acumen. You will oversee a cluster of units, hotels or serviced residences.

This position will offer an outstanding base salary for this key asset role and strong company bonuses on what they achieve for the company and its clients.

Revenue Analyst - New York, USA

Our client an International Luxury Hospitality company with over 125 properties worldwide requires seasoned Revenue Analysts to support the Director of Revenue in the Corporate Revenue Management department and will be responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the group for 4 or 5 units that he/she will be responsible for in the New York/New Jersey area.

He/she must understand channel and yield management which is critical for maximizing revenues. The Revenue Analyst is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by various market segments.in order to achieve revenue potentials every day of every year for units he/she will be responsible for. He/she will have the responsibility for development, execution, and measurement of strategic and tactical yield and inventory management to maximize rooms' revenue via major distribution channels, including the GDS, Central and On-property reservations, Website, and Third party internet sites.

Salary Package : Competitive salary with usual benefits including Medical and 401 K

Financial Controller - Turks & Caicos

**Caribbean experience and an Accounting Degree in USA is mandatory**

A successful real estate group who manages multiple resorts in the Caribbean, seeks a Financial Controller for one of their beautiful resorts located on the islands of Turks & Caicos. A team player who is energetic and a strong leader, with solid technical skills.

Our client is looking for a Financial Controller who will undertake all aspects of the finance department of the resort including:

Reporting to the Group Controller.
Prepare P&L, budgets and forecasts preparation as required and in a timely manner; annual, quarterly and weekly.
Oversee the entire finance and accounting staff; train, hire and take disciplinary action as needed.
Ensure all company financial goals are met and consulted to General Manager.
Prepare, review and present monthly operational reports for the resort.
Supports hotel management in all contracts and legal arrangements.
Development and implementation of internal controls, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with an international resort/hotel brand and/or combination of various financial roles.
Minimum of 2 years as a Financial Controller or a Director of Finance role.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or accounting at a recognized institute in the USA.
Caribbean experience would be a great advantage.
Solid Computer skills.

Annual salary of US$75,000 to US$85,000 + housing allowance.

Revenue Manager - St. Lucia

Savvy and Seasoned Revenue Leader required 2 luxury resorts in St. Lucia. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing, the Revenue Manager works with the Management Leaders and Operational Hotel Teams.

Requirements:

fluency in English is required
Must have a minimum of 5 years revenue management and/or sales experience with multi-property management in international hotel or resort
University Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or equivalent

Salary and Package Details: US $60K + $10k bonus or negotiable based on experience plus housing allowance, transportation allowance, annual vacation with return airfare and benefits.

Security Manager Jamaica

Security Manager will be in charge of out sourced Security Agency as well as internal Resort Security. Security Manager must have worked in parallel position in Jamaica. Personnel from ex Police Force in Jamaica are encouraged to apply for this role

Excellent salary of 4.5 Mil JMD is offered

Financial Controller - Munich/Bavaria, Germany

Our client in Munich/Bavaria area of Germany requires a Financial Controller with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a luxury boutique (100 rooms), 5 star hotel/resort environment. You are currently a Financial Controller or maybe an Assistant Financial Controller in a similar business style of operation that would be interested in joining a private but international hotel company and hospitality organization.

The qualified candidate will have solid hands on experience and knowledgeable in all areas of finance. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all revenue audits, inventory, point of sales and daily revenue audit, general ledger and financial systems and payroll.

  • You will have sound business judgment and team player abilities in working with a team of three part time employees in consistently maintaining all financial records and payroll to the highest professional standards are a must.
  • Reviews all revenue, expense and liabilities recorded for the hotel on a daily basis
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports for management, including financial statement preparation, month end entries and reconciling all asset, liability, profit and loss accounts.
  • Ensures that reporting staff are knowledgeable with the hotel personnel procedures and policies and adhere to all resort service standards.
  • Responsible for managing, training, evaluation and discipline of all part time reporting personnel
  • Responsible for the day to day review of all resort operations and ensures that revenue and expenses are recorded accurately.
  • Completes all account reconciliations and reports ensuring appropriate action is taken as required.
  • Must be completely fluent both in German and English to be considered for this position.

The compensation for this position is 58,000EUR and a comprehensive and outstanding company benefit package is offered including 5 weeks’ vacation **All applicants must be able to work in Germany to be considered for this amazing turn of the century property and enjoy the outstanding lifestyle in this region of the country.

Chief Financial Officer - Manama, Bahrain

The Chief Financial Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Management team, playing a major strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for financial strategic planning, accounting, finance, forecasting, legal affairs, asset management, tender and negotiations, policing and maintenance of policies and procedures and investment management.

Requirements:
Between 40 and 50 years old
A minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (but MBA level preferred) along with CPA qualification
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior corporate finance role in a recognized hospitality related company, coupled with at least 10 years' experience in a senior property/unit role in the hotel sector
Exemplary spoken and written English. Fluency in Arabic not essential but a big advantage
Have strong negotiation skills and a sound commercial acumen
Have an abundance of drive and determination
Have strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
Have a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Be computer literate and numerically sound, with an ability to analyze business data

Package: Approx. US$200,000
