General Manager – Kenya


Regional Vice President, Relationship Marketing – (based in) Singapore or China

We are seeking a Regional Vice President for our client who offers outsourced marketing and loyalty programs to hotels and resorts throughout the world and has a long and successful history in the hospitality industry.  They currently have worldwide contracts with some of the top 5 largest hospitality companies now. 
The ideal person needs to be extensively entrepreneurial and a Salesman / Showman mixed, able to manage a large territory from New Zealand to Japan.  Must be a great leader and have the ability to deal with CEOs and VPs in hotel groups.  

For this challenging role based in Shanghai or Singapore, the Regional Vice President will have to create new, and monitor existing local and worldwide customer database for the company.  Hence, extensive sales and marketing experience is mandatory. It is important for this person to have the knowledge and ability to profitably, manage the loyalty programs through customer relations, and have very strong abilities in client and business development, so as to consistently increase revenues and profits for the clients based not only in Asia, but throughout the world.  

The current team based in Shanghai is well established and they need a leader who is very hands on with Business Development and Sales to hotels.   
Mandarin or Chinese speaker would be an asset, but definitely not essential.  Fluency in English and Western experience is mandatory.  Asia experience is also mandatory. 

You are most likely now a senior hospitality person either a VP Operations or Sales & Marketing  of an Asian Hotel company or a very seasoned General Manager with a great entrepreneurial spirit. 

Compensation will be outstanding and with benefits, bonuses and profit sharing.  Doubling of salary is easily attainable.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Our client is a major Hotel & Casino property located near the fabulous Las Vegas strip. The Vice President of Sales & Marketing serves as a member of the Executive Committee and is overall responsible for the leadership and management of all Sales and Marketing functions. This senior leadership role supports the President in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.

Client’s Mandatory Requirements:

  • Las Vegas Experience is a must*
  • Minimum 5 years in a DOSM role
  • Strength in Leisure category
  • Proven leadership of minimum 5-10 reports
  • Strong focus in Sales
  • Large developed network in industry throughout USA
  • Close affiliation with Las Vegas Tourist Board

Additional Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent extensive management experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years management experience in a major casino/resort complex.

General Manager, Shopping Mall - Jakarta, Indonesia

A SE Asian independent group who owns hotels, residences and retail requires a General Manager for their Shopping Mall, which is currently rated as one of the largest malls in SE Asia and the world!  

This centrally located mall includes all state of the art facilities, along with dining facilities, shopping, entertainment and sporting facilities, etc.

The General Manager will have extensive experience in the running of a similar type of facility.
SE Asia background is mandatory and experience in Engineering will be a huge asset.

Salary: As per market price.

General Manager, Commercial (office tower) - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 

For this General Manager's role, our client prefers someone with prestigious and large office building experience in Hong Kong and/or Singapore. 
As this is an iconic commercial building opening in Malaysia, the General Manager must be strong in Operations, Engineering, Housekeeping, and in Security. 
SE Asia experience is mandatory for this role.

Excellent guest contacts is a must and you will also need to liaise and negotiate with tenants. Candidates with hotel background will also be considered, but they must have extensive experience in Rooms and Engineering divisions.

Salary: Negotiable 

Hotel Manager – Western Canada

A premier 5 star hotel group with luxury properties worldwide requires a Hotel Manager for their beautiful hotel in Western Canada.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years in a Resident / Hotel Manager role with a top quality and luxury property. 

You must have solid experience in Rooms Division as you are required to oversee the performance of the Front Office Manager, the Executive Housekeeper, the Guest Services Manager, the Security Manager and Health Club Manager, F&B and Engineering Departments.  You will provide guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and help them set their respective departmental objectives under the direction of the General Manager.

The ideal Hotel Manager will be a dynamic and a self-motivated individual.  Someone who can set an example with their abilities and leadership skills.  You must have a strong ability to create and deliver exceptional guest experiences and possess above average people and task management skills.

Additional requirements are:
Luxury and 5 star hotel experience with strong all around background in Rooms.
North American experience is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience at the Executive level.
Two years’ experience as a Hotel Manager or Resident Manager.
Experience in a 5* International luxury group.

Salary:  CDN$140,000 gross

General Manager - Central Europe

We have been retained by our client, a beautiful 4/5 star deluxe boutique Resort in Austria with about 50 rooms and restaurants, whom requires a General Manager.
The General Manager ensures all operational departments perform successfully to their maximum efficiency in accordance with resort standards and are individually profitable in accordance with resort budget guidelines. Highly energetic and dynamic with at least 4 years of experience in a management role. You must also be consistent and have progressive managerial experience in a 4/5 star Resort.

This person should also be goal orientated, a strong motivator and someone who believes that achievements only come through a strong team spirit. The General Manager is also responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing plan.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience of working in a resort and enjoys a pro-active, hands-on, visible role. Someone who is confident, creative with the ability to communicate exceptionally well at all levels is desired. Austrian experience an asset.

Salary Package:  115,000 Euros/annually gross plus bonus.

Director / Vice President Marketing - Indonesia

An independent SE Asian group seeks an experienced Director/VP Marketing who will report to the CEO.  
At an executive and owner level the Director/VP Marketing must be capable of executing the appropriate leadership, maturity and commercial skills that are reflective of a premier luxury brand. Will be expected to organize all aspects of  marketing to the highest professional standard and in accordance with the standard operating procedures as agreed. He/she should have at least 5 years’ experience in a Director/VP role within a luxury brand and experience of running large Sales, Catering and Revenue teams in an operation of similar size.

Requirements for this role:

Director / VP Operations - Indonesia

A strong and experienced Director/VP of Operations is required for an independent SE Asian Group. This post will report to the CEO. 
SE Asia experience is mandatory for this role.

Candidate must come from luxury background with solid leadership skills and extensive experience in Operations, in top International luxury brands.
Extensive traveling is involved in this role. 
Stable background is a must ..... "no job hoppers". 

Salary will be as per the candidate's experience. 

Vice President Operations – China

One of the industry’s most prestigious luxury hotel companies seeks a VP Operations in China.  

Our client would like us to surface a “seasoned pro”, with China Corporate know-how and who is now or has been with  an International or luxury brand.
They are seeking a VP of Operations who understands branding standards and has been a multi-unit General Manager or Vice President role .  China is a challenging environment.  So, someone with familiarity of the terrain would be most suitable.  This is not a role for a “first time China Hotelier”.  The role may  encompass being for a short time an opening General Manager, but within the future include development as well as operations for the group in Asia .
multi-unit experience is mandatory.    

Minimum 7 years’ experience as a General Manager.
Exposure to 5 star business and leisure hotels is an asset.
Current or recent history in multi-unit management is very important.
Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.

Hotel General Manager with luxury Middle East experience – Abu Dhabi/Dubai, UAE 

A 5* hotel brand with properties from New York to Hong Kong seeks a veteran General Manager for their 400+ rooms 5* stylish Hotel in Abu Dhabi.  This is the company’s flagship property and so only General Managers from companies like Hyatt, Shangri-La, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, etc. will be acceptable to the company and their owners.     

The General Manager needs to be hands on and energetic, have a keen eye for quality and details, with F&B background as well as Marketing and Finance acumen.  The hotel has 6 outstanding outlets (restaurant and bars) plus meeting rooms and large banquet facilities, along with a pool, gym and spa. 
You must be a self-motivated General Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Hotel, as well as delivering high-end hospitality and exceptional guest experience.  Vast understanding of the Middle East with a global hotel group is a key asset.  Must have at least 8-10 years in the luxury market. 

Salary: AED50,000 per month net + excellent benefits for self and family.

Corporate Restaurants Manager - Singapore 

Our client, a well- established restaurant group that has numerous restaurants throughout Asia and the United States, requires the talents of an excellent Corporate General Manager for their 6 restaurants in Singapore The successful candidate must effectively manage people, as well as sales, profits and have experience handling employee related issues for their restaurants in Singapore.


•Prepares and implements financial, marketing, advertising and sales projections for all locations
•Identify and develop ways to maximize revenue of 6 outlets in Singapore
•Train team members to follow Service Standard objectives and ensure Guest Satisfaction is met
•Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating and mentoring their team

Hotel Manager - Florida, USA

Our client, a luxury hotel group, is currently searching for a Hotel Manager for one of their properties in Florida. This outstanding property requires someone with a history of working at global 5 star hotel chains. This hotel includes residential units and outstanding food and beverage operations.

This role, reporting to the General Manager, requires a candidate who has worked predominately in the Rooms Division and Front Office departments of large hotel properties. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hospitality experience including 5 years in a senior role at a large property.

This role will oversee the housekeeping, front desk, guest services and other front line departments of the hotel. As an executive team member you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the high company standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. You must have a keen eye for financial aspects of all decisions and an entrepreneurial mindset capable of identifying way to improve financial performance and guest satisfaction.

Florida experience is not mandatory but highly recommended. Additional language skills are expected with a preference towards Spanish speaking.

Compensation: An outstanding compensation package will be provided to the successful candidate including health benefits and other perks expected for a top hotel chain.

General Manager / Resident Manager – Hong Kong

We seek a General Manager for a luxury global brand’s 5* property in Hong Kong containing superb serviced apartments. This well know group manages business hotels, resorts, and other hospitality entities worldwide.

For this role, our client requires a seasoned General Manager/Resident Manager with a good track record in 5* luxury hotel/serviced apartments. 
You must also have a proven record of demonstrating the ability to manage and build relationships with owners and representatives.

Mandatory Requirements: 
The individual must have a “charismatic personality” and must also have extensive working experience in Hong Kong or in Asia.
A good pedigree with a “high end operator”, i.e. Hyatt, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Shangri-La, Peninsula, Mandarin or similar only, as they will be required to have credibility with the owners.
A proven track record with a stable career history.
Extensive experience in hotel management in similar operations in Asia.
Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.

Corporate Director of Food and Beverage – Hong Kong 

We are conducting a search for an outstanding Corporate Director of Food and Beverage for a Global, Luxury Brand property located in Hong Kong. We are seeking the talents of an outstanding individual who will possess excellent luxury 5-star experiences, and is interested in offering only the utmost in quality and creativity. The candidate will oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation and will ensure that all financial goals are met and superior service standards are maintained at all times, as per the expectations of their discerning guests.

This senior leadership role is the strategic business leader responsible for all Food and Beverage departments, customer service, employee development and financial management. The Director of Food and Beverage will demonstrate the ability to train and develop both Front & Back of House Managers and to provide consistent and elevated standards of service to all guests. Group Director of Hotel Operations – Dubai

We require the talents of a dynamic, youthful and passionate Group Director of Hotel Operations for one of the pioneer hotel groups of Dubai. This role will oversee their diverse portfolio of about a dozen 4 and 5 star hotels.

The ideal candidate must now hold a hotel Regional or VP of Operations title and have at least 5 years prior experience as a General Manager. Our client requested you must have experience in a cluster operations or development role within an international branded or well-known hotel company. He/she must be highly proactive and possess strong knowledge in areas including asset management, team handling & staff development, as well as financials. Our client would preferably like this individual to have extensive experience outside of the Middle East to complement their UAE work history.

This role will report to the Managing Director/COO/CEO of the group. The Group Director of Operations will act as a liaison and direct report for the General Managers of the various properties.

A degree in Hotel Management from an international recognized hotel school is preferred.

Arabic speaking Director of Business Development (opening) – Sultanate of Oman 

An experienced Director of Sales & Marketing is required to open a 250 room beautiful new resort opening in Oman that will be visited by leisure and business travelers from all over the Middle East and worldwide.  This new property comprises of restaurants, lounge, large meeting/banquets and leisure facilities for both adults and children. 

This 4-5 star brand is highly respected World Wide and its name is a household label… This post will report to the Cluster General Manager, as well as Area Director of Sales and Business Strategies.  Their preference is a Lebanese or Jordanian citizen or similar. 
For the Director of Business Development role preference would be given to Arabic speaker, with prior work experience in international hotel chain and with minimum 2 years as Director of Sales and Marketing.  The preferred candidate should also have work experience in the GCC Market. 

He/she will be responsible  for implementing all sales and marketing activities and maximize property’s business opportunities.  You will also be responsible for leading the property's MICE business and be supportive in the implementation of this segment sales strategy and achieve segment revenue goals, overall property goals and guests satisfaction.  

The role is the main link between the property and Area Sales Office.  You will conduct all day-to-day activities related to the sales functions that have a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. 

A Degree or Diploma from a recognized college or university in the area of Sales & Marketing is preferred. Technical knowledge and skills required for this post include; Opera, Sales & Marketing Modules. Fluency in Arabic and English are mandatory requirements.

“Opening” General Manager for Luxury Members’ Club – Singapore/Malaysia

An exciting new Members’ Club is opening in SE Asia and our client is looking for a top General Manager with working experience in similar Clubs in Hong Kong, China or Singapore. The General Manager will lead the opening and overall concept and operations of the Clubs various F&B outlets that includes restaurants, bars and banquet facilities. Opening and SE Asia experience is preferable, but not mandatory.

As the General Manager of this highly anticipated Luxury Club you will be responsible for directing the executive team and working with all F&B staff in turning the Club’s vision and concept into reality and exceeding the expectations of the members.

You will be the key player in establishing this Club as the place to be in SE Asia!

Vice President Sales & Marketing – Germany

A respected mid-range hotel group in Germany, seeking dynamic and experienced German speaking Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

The ideal candidate should be in possession of an EU Passport, be fluent in both German and English and have significant work experience in Europe in a corporate or equivalent Sales & Marketing for a hospitality, travel or services business.
With International exposure to sales and customer management across Europe you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing functions, in addition to managing key international clients.

Mandatory qualifications for this position are a Business Degree from a recognized University.  MBA or Masters in a related discipline including International Business, Sales, Marketing or Promotions.

Procurement Manager for a new Hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong

A fast-growing luxury global company well known for managing business hotels, resorts, and other hospitality entities worldwide seeks a Procurement/Purchase Manager for their new property in Hong Kong.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established group and develop a new brand!

The Procurement Manager is required to plan, execute and finalize purchasing and procurement strategies for their new 300 keys property in Hong Kong. This includes acquiring goods and services while respecting the budgeted targets.  You are responsible for purchasing and inventory control of all food, beverage and non-food items at competitive costs while maintaining quality standards.

He/she should be able to liaise with all the department heads and support outlets, ensuring value for money as well as quality, cost and convenience.  You must also be able to design, implement and monitor effective purchasing procedures.

The Procurement Manager must be flexible and able to cope with various demands that are as follows:

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Purchasing Manager and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferably in Hong Kong.
•Expert negotiator with the ability to close deals.
•Expert knowledge of pricing analysis.
•Extremely organized with ability to present ideas clearly.
•Able to direct and supervise the purchasing team.
•Able to train and develop their team.
•Fluent in Cantonese and English; written and spoken.
•The candidate should have thorough knowledge of food, beverage, dry goods, general supplies, printed materials, operating equipment, engineering supplies, equipment maintenance, housekeeping amenities, and hotel capital expenditures.
•Sound knowledge of computerized inventory control methods.
•Ability to evaluate vendors and negotiate terms.
