An award winning 5 star luxury hotel in India requires a Director of Spa & Recreation. A candidate who has worked in resorts in the Caribbean, Maldives or Bali, etc. would be ideal. Asian experience possibly from Ananda Spa or similar operations would be preferred. He/she should have solid experience and be able to run the spa efficiently as it is one of the leading Spa destinations in India. Someone who is young, ambitious and has a great personality and has the ability and sophistication to meet the needs of high end guests and clients. He/she should have international and possible domestic Spa management experience in luxury five star Spas. He/she must have a passion for the wellness industry. This position will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for a large staff of a minimum of 30 and also two managers (Spa Manager & Recreation Manager).

Director of Beach Operations - Caribbean
Our client, an integrated luxury resort and casino complex in the Caribbean seeks a Director of Beach Operations. The successful candidate will look after the beach operations, water sports, private club and the resorts’ own island.
Qualifications

Children's Entertainment Manager – Caribbean
Our client, a top luxury resort in the Caribbean requires an experienced Children's Entertainment Manager for their Kids Club. The person will be responsible for the daily operation and executing of entertainment activities for kids registered and participating in various activities in the Kids Club program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Budgetary planning and financial administration for the department
•Staffing – motivating, training and developing
•Ensuring that partnership standards for XBOX, Scratch DJ Academy, Crayola facilities etc. are maintained
•Be resourceful and facilitate the continuous development of ideas to enhance the programme
•Effectively liaise with parents and guardians of kids registered in the Kids Camp Programme
•Ensuring the safety of children and counselors by maintaining the assigned ratios of children to counselors
•Coordinate relevant activities and décor implantation for themed days and special holidays e.g. Easter, Halloween
•Handle all guests concerns efficiently and in compliance with company standards
•Ensure a clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing and kids friendly environment.
•Provide emceeing duties and stage management functions, when necessary for various Kids shows and productions
•Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members and managers to foster and promote cooperation and teamwork
•Support the general operations of the Entertainment department as may be necessary or directed by relevant management personnel.

Assistant Spa Manager - Caribbean
Our client, a luxury resort in the Caribbean requires an experienced Assistant Spa Manager to assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operation of a state-of-the-art Spa facility. He/she will provide the guests with the highest quality of service, ensuring guests' total satisfaction in every aspect of his/her Spa experience. He/she will supervise all Spa employees ranging from supervisors, therapists, spa attendants, beauticians and receptionists and fitness instructors.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service position.
•Minimum of 2 years supervising a spa operation with diverse treatments.
•Valid certifications from accredited spa organizations to verify expertise in the field of resort or spa management
•Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•Computer skills. Microsoft Office, Revenue Management System, Professional Scheduler systems.

The successful candidate will lead the beach team to create a professional and safe environment in which to deliver beach and water sports activities. He/she will be in charge of developing and coordinating the delivery of water sports program to children and adult guests.
Qualifications
•Previous experience running a beach operation and managing a team.

•Able to deliver safe, fun and engaging water sports program
•Skilled in safety and on water rescue techniques.
•Ability to effectively communicate with guests of all ages, management, and other staff.
