We are seeing in individual that would be interested in joining our firm as an international Hospitality Search Consultant. We are looking to grow our team of consultants with people who are committed to providing an exceptional quality of service to our clients and candidates. We will sponsor to Canada, experienced Hospitality Search Consultants as we have in the past. The individual we are seeking will have exceptional client service and relationship building skills, be able to read people, and be committed in offering truly outstanding service.
You will be responsible for understanding and matching between companies’ recruitment requirements and applicant’s job expectations on a national and international scale. You will use market-leading technology and will have access to comprehensive training to assist you in your success within our firm. You will manage your desk in an effect and business like manner and will need to be able to experience and handle the highs and lows that this business brings.
As part of your business goals, you will develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy and activity. You will consistently seek out new business opportunities through ongoing sales activity through proactive cold sales calls, client visits, trade shows, referrals and prospecting. You must be efficient in negotiating search retainers and engagement fees.
The successful individual will be ambitious, imaginative and have the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates. You will identify, target and maintain a client and candidate data base which will enable you to achieve profitable growth and consistently achieve and exceed all activity targets.
