You will need to have at least 5-6 years of experience in MENA region.. Fluency in Arabic is essential. Experience in Europe & luxury products. 2. Area Director Of Sales – Jordan - This person will oversee their three beautiful properties in; Amman, Aqaba and their property on the Dead Sea. Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans and cost effective activities with the aim of maximizing revenue potential for all profit centers. You will be responsible for building and penetrating new market in corporate segment, customer relationship management and sales channel management. Strong budgetary, projections, and cost control skills. You should have at least 5 years of working experience as a Head of Department. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Salary: Negotiable. EAM/F&B – Indonesia - This 6* resort with over 300 rooms comprising of suites, club rooms and villas with 10 F&B outlets, seeks an EAM/F&B to concentrate on the overall F&B operations. This person must currently be in this position with a well established hotel group. To be successful for this role, the selected individual will be required to have a track record of driving Food & Beverage revenue. You must be customer and business oriented, be a strong leader, define, implement & maintain the highest standards of guest service; ensure proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency and must also be actively involved in executing revenue strategies and sales initiatives and keeps aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in Food and Beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field; Asian experience is a big plus as well as experience with companies like; Ritz Carlton, Shangri-la, Four Seasons or Hyatt Hotels. Salary to $6,500 USA per month plus all housing and other expatriate benefits. Chief Financial Officer – S.E. Asia - This is a true CFO role and not an F.C. role. You will report to both Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will be responsible for long-range financial matters, the establishment of company-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices that insure the company of a continuously sound financial structure. You will perform strategic planning and budgeting, treasury functions, provide BUSINESS and FINANCIAL advices to CEO and the group’s Senior Management team. The functional departments accountable by the CFO are Finance, Legal and Project Analysis. The CFO along with the Group’s Chief Internal Auditor will be co-accountable of the internal auditing of managed hotels. This person must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar post. You will have strategic vision into an operation model with excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization and interpersonal skills and be team oriented. Fluency in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese a plus. General Manager – Dubai - Our client is a privately owned (has several hotels) premier deluxe property located close to downtown Dubai comprising of 250 well appointed rooms, exclusive restaurants, bar and lounge, conference/banquet facilities, spa and health club and require a General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be trained outside of the Middle East but must have recent General Manager experience in the Middle East preferably in the UAE. You must be sales and marketing driven and have had a period of your career in director sales and marketing would be a great asset. You must be currently a GM in the Middle East and have opening experience. Committed to change and capable of planning and successfully executing re-branding. Regional Director Sales & Marketing – Maldives - These deluxe 5* resorts part of a luxury hotel group will compete against the fierce luxury 5* segment in the Maldives. The role will therefore require a dynamic operator who knows the local market. You will oversee two properties. Totally over 200 super 6* rooms and suites. The client would like at least 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing function of hotels/ related service industry out of which minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing, and will have worked in the Maldives market previously with a knowledge hotel / travel trade industry both in domestic & Int’l sectors. Regional Director Of Sales – North Africa – Based In Cairo - Our client, an internationally known luxury branded hotel company with properties World Wide, seeks a (preferably) French speaking Regional Director of Sales for their North African Hotels (approximately 6 hotels now). The position is based in Cairo, Egypt and is for sales only, as marketing is handled corporately with input by the Regional Director of Sales. The candidate will be responsible for all the North African hotels and this regions growth and based on his/her performance, will be responsible for all African Hotel products. The suitable candidate must have strong leisure market sales experience along with a pioneer mentality and the drive to build this brand (12 hotels in next 3 years). He/she must have a minimum of 5 years of senior experience in sales and most recently a similar senior sales role as we require. The person’s background may include a work history with a tour operations and or travel product Management Company such as Abercrombie & Kent or Tavcoa among many others. Director Of Sales & Marketing - The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading sales initiatives and managing and directing a professional sales staff. You must have considerable experience in developing marketing plans and be familiar with all aspects of RevPar, managing business to business relationships, developing partnerships and be conversant in e-marketing strategies. Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and bottom-line oriented. 2. Director Of Sales (Corporate) He/she must have an extremely strong knowledge of the UAE market as well as numerous contacts in the area in order to bring in business from the area as well as from abroad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic revenue targeting, leading and developing a team of professional sales people. You will be totally responsible for generating top line revenue to meet or exceed budget expectations. He/she will develop and implement an effective revenue-generating plan to achieve the highest possible occupancy, rate and revenue. You must have the ability to develop a sound and progressive sales plan, participate and coordinate all key sales initiatives including sales blitzes, familiarization trips, client events and tradeshows. He/she must also be Internet savvy and keep abreast of current market trends in the industry. Director Of Sales (MICE) - He/she will function as the leader of the hotel’s segmented sales effort in the MICE market segment and will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy and achieving revenue goals, property revenue goals and guest and associate satisfaction. 4. Food & Beverage PR / Marketing Manager – Your main responsibility is to drive revenue by organizing PR events/ media plan to increase customers by using their F&B outlets, specifically the Bars in the hotel. Ideally a hotelier or prior experience dealing with the hotel industry in the UAE or Middle East experience will be an asset, but not mandatory.
